Using the site means you agree to the points below. They are short on purpose.
A review, not a law firm
Billfixai provides a medical bill review and a draft dispute letter. It is not a law firm, insurer, or debt collector. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or medical advice.
The scan is preliminary
We flag patterns that commonly show up on hospital bills. Potential savings are estimates. The hospital or insurer may reject some or all of them. You are responsible for what you send.
Your file
You need the right to upload the bill. Do not upload someone else's statement unless you are allowed to act for them.
Fees
The audit package is 1.5% of the proven difference on the statement. Downloading the letter also requires 20% of the statement total. Both are collected at checkout before the file is released. See pricing.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account that abuses the upload tool or tries to break the site.
