The statement in the mail is not enough. Collect the itemized bill, the explanation of benefits, and the visit record before you argue a number.
We do not request records from the hospital. You do, from the portal or the billing office. Check each one when you have it. The list stays in this browser.
The portal is usually the fastest source for the visit summary and the itemized statement. If the portal only shows a balance, call billing and ask for the itemized version before you upload anything here.
